Rule 192
A bill of lading should be submitted
When the authorized officer files the final monthly return of each financial year, details of past due and unexpired submissions (exemption of each financial year) of the submissions that have passed during that financial year (exemption of each financial year) and of the remaining submissions that are overdue and unexpired. And the reason should also be submitted.
